Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Peel the garlic and cut finely. Halve the tomatoes with the cutting edge upwards over a greased roasting pan or baking tin.

Distribute oil over the tomatoes, along with garlic, pepper and salt. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Spoon the arugula just before serving through the spaghetti.

Divide over plates and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the roasted tomatoes with vinegar and spread over the spaghetti. Sprinkle and serve with cheese chips.
