Tuna-melt wraps with pointed cabbage and apple


Wraps filled with tuna, granny smith apple, red onion and old cheese and a fresh spiced cabbage salad.

Directions

  1. Cut the onions very finely. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the flesh into cubes of ½ cm (brunoise).
  2. Drain the tuna in a sieve and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix the tuna with the onion, mayonnaise and half of the apple. Season with pepper.
  4. Divide the cheese and tuna apple mixture over the wraps.
  5. Fold the bottom and top of the wraps slightly over the filling and roll the wraps as tight as possible. Grill the wraps in the grill pan for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn halfway.
  7. Meanwhile, mix the remaining mayonnaise with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Slice the parsley and mix with the rest of the apple, the cabbage and dressing. Serve the wraps with the salad.
