Farm omelette with schwarzwalder schinken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato slices (a 700 g), onions, butter, eggs, schwarzwalder schinken (ham), mix for farmers omelette (28 g), mixed iceberg lettuce extra (a 200 g) and salad dressing natural (bottle a 450 ml).

Potato slices in covered microwave oven 3 min.

Heat in microwave (700 Watt).

Peel and chop onions.

Cook 1 tbsp butter in large frying pan and fry light brown in 3 min.

Cut the ham into strips.

Remove onion from pan.

Heat butter leftover in the same pan and bake potato slices.

Untie eggs with 2 tbsp water.
-
Mix by stirring eggs and leave for 2-3 minutes.

Create onion by potatoes.
-
Spread the hamlets over them and smooth them out completely.

Pour omelette mixture over and bake omelette until golden brown.

Mix lettuce with dressing.

To serve omelette with lettuce..
