Farm omelette with schwarzwalder schinken


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato slices (a 700 g), onions, butter, eggs, schwarzwalder schinken (ham), mix for farmers omelette (28 g), mixed iceberg lettuce extra (a 200 g) and salad dressing natural (bottle a 450 ml).

Directions

  1. Potato slices in covered microwave oven 3 min.
  2. Heat in microwave (700 Watt).
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Cook 1 tbsp butter in large frying pan and fry light brown in 3 min.
  5. Cut the ham into strips.
  6. Remove onion from pan.
  7. Heat butter leftover in the same pan and bake potato slices.
  8. Untie eggs with 2 tbsp water.
  9. Mix by stirring eggs and leave for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Create onion by potatoes.
  11. Spread the hamlets over them and smooth them out completely.
  12. Pour omelette mixture over and bake omelette until golden brown.
  13. Mix lettuce with dressing.
  14. To serve omelette with lettuce..
