Italian meal soup, richly filled with bacon, carrot, garlic, onion, celery, tomato, pasta, garden peas and lebanon, garnished with parsley.

Directions

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan with a thick bottom and fry the bacon for 10 min. Meanwhile, cut the carrot into thin slices, the garlic finely and the celery in slices. Also cut the onion.
  2. Add everything together with the bacon and fruit for 10 minutes on low heat.
  3. Add the bouillon tablets, tomato cubes and the water and bring to the boil. Stir through and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add the pasta, garden peas and beans and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the parsley coarsely. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Tasty with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
