Sweet-and-sour tilapia from the wok
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wok noodles (250 g), red onion, papikas (red, yellow and green), pineapple pieces on own juice (227 g), tilapia fillet (fish, a ca. 200 g), sunflower oil and wok sauce sweet and sour (175 ml).

Cook noodles according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean peppers and cut into cubes.

Drain and halve the pineapple pieces.

Cut fish fillet into strips.

Heat in wok oil.

Fry fish carefully for about 4 minutes, remove from wokkeppen and keep warm.

Cover the onion and bell pepper in the remaining oil for about 5 minutes.

Pineapple last minute.

Fry fish and wok sauce and cook for approx.
-
2 minutes, carefully shoveling.

Noodles serve with tilapia wok dish..
