Savory vegetable gratin
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: zucchini (in slices), tomatoes (in slices), basil (50 g, frozen), egg, whipped cream (125 ml), cheese (Pere Joseph 50, grated), potato slices (duo pack, 700 g) and arugula (75 g).

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Divide the slices of zucchini and tomato over the bottom of the greased oven dish.

Sprinkle with the basil and pepper and salt to taste.

Stir the egg into a large bowl.

Add the whipped cream and the cheese and pour in the potato slices.

Divide the potato slices over the vegetables and fry the gratin in the middle of the hot oven in 35 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cover with aluminum foil if it gets too dark.

Divide the gratin over 4 plates and add the arugula..
