Pasta with fresh tomato sauce and spicy fish bars
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sugar snaps, onion, garlic, (spray) tomatoes, tilapia fillet (or catfish fillet), lemon juice, flour, freshly ground pepper, chili powder, dried Italian culinary herbs, penne rigate (olive oil paste) and olive oil.

Cut dots of sugar snaps and wash beans.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Cut the fish into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.

In deep plate mix flour with salt, pepper, chili powder and 1 tbsp Italian herbs.

Swipe the fish bars around with flour.

Cook in pan with plenty of boiling water and salt in 10-12 min.

After 5 minutes, add sugar snaps and cook until cooked in 5-7 minutes.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan or wok and fry onion in 2-3 minutes.

Garlic, tomato pieces and 1 tbsp Italian herbs through it and tomato in 10 min.

Very gently overgrown.

Season to taste with salt and pepper, add 1 tsp sugar if necessary.

Fry 3-4 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and lightly brown and cooked in approx.

5 minutes.

Drain pasta and sugar snaps and create tomato sauce.

Create pasta in four deep plates and place fish on them..
