Fresh chicken burger


Fresh chicken burger with iceberg lettuce, radish, sesame seeds, cucumber, coriander and mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Pick the leaves of the coin. Cut the spring onions into rings and the iceberg lettuce into strips.
  2. Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices.
  3. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
  4. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Cut half of the fresh mint and half of the coriander fine. Save the rest for garnishing.
  5. Mix the chicken turkey with the sesame, mint, coriander, cornstarch, lime zest and half of the spring onion. Add pepper and salt.
  6. Form 4 oval burgers from the chicken mixture with wet hands.
  7. Mix the mayonnaise with the rest of the spring onion. Season with the lime juice and pepper and salt.
  8. Heat the grill pan. Halve the rolls and place them with the cutting edge down in the grill pan for 30 seconds.
  9. Grill the chicken burgers 6-8 min. Regularly.
  10. Fill each roll with the lettuce. Place the burger on it and spread the cucumber, radish and lime mayonnaise and withheld herbs.
