Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, season the fillet steaks with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the grill pan and grill the meat in 10 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and leave covered with aluminum foil.
  4. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk with a peeler and cut into pieces. Cook in 4 minutes until al dente and drain.
  5. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the coconut over medium heat in 2-3 min. Until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
  6. Grate the ginger. Heat the sesame oil in the wok or skillet. Stir fry the broccoli, soybeans, ginger and the soy sauce 2 min.
  7. Mix the rice through it. Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the coconut. Cut the coriander coarsely.
  8. Cut the fillet strips into strips. Divide the rice over the bowls and lay the meat on it. Sprinkle with the coriander.
