Oriental pork fillets with green stir-fry and rice
Rice with broccoli, soybeans, soy-sesame-ginger dressing and coconut. Tasty with fillet steaks and coriander.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, season the fillet steaks with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan and grill the meat in 10 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and leave covered with aluminum foil.

Mix the rice through it. Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the coconut. Cut the coriander coarsely.

Cut the fillet strips into strips. Divide the rice over the bowls and lay the meat on it. Sprinkle with the coriander.
