Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Chop the onion coarsely. Cut the meat into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the meat around brown in about 5 minutes.
-
Fry the onion for about 2 minutes. Add the cloves and bay leaves. Crumble the stock cube above it.
-
Add the water along the edge of the pan. Cook the meat covered over about 3 hours until soft (on flame distributor) until tender.
-
Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in a pan with little water and salt in about 20 minutes until tender. Peel the apples and cut into cubes.
-
Drain and stamp fine. Stir in the milk and butter until smooth puree is formed. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Spoon the apple by puree.
-
Grease the oven dish. Spoon 1/3 of the puree with apple into the dish. Divide half of the meat with the onion.
-
Then add 1/3 of the mash and the remaining meat with the onion. Cover with the rest of the mashed potatoes.
-
Divide the breadcrumbs and the butter into flakes. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.
