Steak stroganoff with puree and mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cooking potatoes (floury (snack bag, 800 g)), butter, pepper steak (approx. 200 g), mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), green pepper (in strips), stroganoff sauce (42 g) and milk.

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pepper steaks on both sides according to the instructions on the package. Take them out of the pan and keep them warm in aluminum foil. Spoon the mushroom stir-fry mix and the bell pepper into the shortening and bake it for 5 minutes.

Prepare the stroganoff sauce according to the instructions on the package. Stir the sauce with the vegetable mix and warm it for a while.

Drain the potatoes, add the milk and bring to the boil. Mash the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Serve the pepper steaks with the mashed potatoes and stroganoff vegetables.
