Strips of cod with spicy onion relish
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lime, cod fillet, red onion, spring onions, garlic, red pepper, sereh, coriander, mint, fish sauce and oil.

Lime clean poles, peel off and crush. Spoon 1 tablespoon of lime juice over the fish. Peel and finely chop onions. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings. Garlic peel and finely chop. Cut pepper into rings. Remove the outer leaves of lemongrass, mince the stem. Carefully cut coriander and fresh mint.

Add onion, spring onions, garlic, pepper, lemongrass, coriander and fresh mint through the rest of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. Heat oil in frying pan. Bake fish on both sides in approx. 10 minutes. Lime trawl last minute. Take the pan of fire, add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and put the fish on a warm serving dish. Spread onions and herbs mixture. Tasty with noodles or rice and broccoli.
