Bun kibbeling with carrot salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion (finely chopped), sweet sour pickles (tiny cubes), carrot julienne (150 g), lemon juice, coarse mustard, sunflower oil, mayonnaise, fried quibbling (250 g), pistolets (white or brown) and little gem (snail).

In the onion, pickle, carrot strips, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard and mix oil.

Season the carrot salad with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl of mayonnaise stirring with the rest of mustard and lemon juice.

Sauce some dilute with water.

Heat frying in pan, oven or deep fryer according to the instructions on the packaging.

Pistolets cut deeply at top over entire length.

Remove little gems from little gem and distribute them over rolls.

Also stop warm quibbling in pistolets and spoon mayonnaise over it.
