Potato dish with smoked salmon from the oven

Extra needs: low oven dish.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil them in a pan with a large layer of boiling water in 4-6 minutes al dente.

Drain them in a colander.

Cut the leek into thin rings, wash it in a colander under running water and let it drain well.

Cut the peppers in quarter lengthwise, remove seed lists and cut the peppers into small thin strips.

Also cut the salmon into strips.

Grease the oven dish.

Finely chop the dill and parsley.

Beat in a bowl the eggs with yogurt, mustard, dill, parsley and some salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Put the potato cubes, leeks, peppers and salmon through.

Transfer this mixture to the baking dish.

Fry the potato-salmon dish in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and done.

Serve with a salad.
