Salad with peas, romaines, orange, pear, serrano ham, manchego and pecans.

Directions

  1. Boil the peas for about 8 minutes in plenty of boiling water. Drain.
  2. In the meantime, cut the bottom of the heads of romaine lettuce. Remove the leaves and mix them with the peas.
  3. Squeeze out the orange. Mix the juice with the mustard and oil in a large bowl and mix with the lettuce leaves and peas.
  4. Peel the pears, remove the cores and cut the slices into slices. Cut the ham into strips. Scrape the cheese into flinters.
  5. Divide the pear, ham, cheese and nuts over the salad.
