Pork in thai way


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, red peppers, red onion, watercress (à 75 g), pork cutlets, oil, fish sauce, Chinese egg noodles (thin noodles), fresh coriander (à 15 g) and bean sprouts.

Directions

  1. Garlic peel and chop.
  2. Roll peppers between hands, remove ends and shake out seeds and cut peppers into rings.
  3. Peel onion, halve and cut into thin slices.
  4. Remove hard stalks from watercress.
  5. Cut the pork cutlets into thin strips.
  6. Heat in wok oil and fry garlic, red pepper and onion.
  7. Add strips of pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add fish sauce and 1 dl of hot water, cover with stir-frying and meat, stirring occasionally, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, prepare according to instructions.
  10. Pick the coriander leaves.
  11. Drain and pour with pork with watercress and bean sprouts.
  12. Heat for 2 more minutes on a high heat.
  13. Spread out over four deep plates, sprinkle coriander over them..
