Heat in 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry sausages in about 3 minutes around brown. Let cook in approx. 8 minutes. Bring 6 tablespoon of water to the boil with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.

Remove couscous from heat and stir and leave covered for approx. 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash courgette, halve in length and cut into pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in stir-fry stir-fry pieces of zucchini about 5 minutes on high heat.

Peel garlic, squeeze over wok and cook for about 1 minute with courgettes. Season with salt. Spoon the rest of oil through couscous.

Spoon couscous on four plates. Divide zucchini and sausage over it. Spoon 1 tablespoon of salsa on each plate.
