Boil the carrots with the green beans for 5 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.

Drizzle the tilapia with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the fish for 3 minutes, scoop it out of the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Fry the onions for 3 minutes in the shortening. Put the carrots and green beans through and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Well the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Mix in the chili sauce and soy sauce.

Put the vegetables on warm plates, put the fish on and serve the couscous.
