Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 125 gram bacon
- 1 onion shredded
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 2 stem celery in curves
- 1 winter carrot in cubes
- 300 gram dried lentils rinsed off
- 1 business suit sifted tomato
- 750 milliliters chicken bouillon
- 1 laurel leaf
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 bratwurst
- 4 chipolata sausage
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 300 gram fresh spinach

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon cubes. Then fry the onion, garlic, celery and winter carrot for 5 minutes.

Add the lentils, sifted tomatoes, stock, bay leaves and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Let the lentils simmer for about 30 minutes with a lid on the pan at a low setting. Stir occasionally and add a dash of water as the lentils boil almost dry.

In the meantime, heat the oil and fry the sausages on medium to golden brown and cooked. Add the spinach to the lentils and allow it to shrink.

Serve the lentils with the fried sausages.
