Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 3 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely.

Slice the garlic and grate the cheese.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the red pepper and garlic over low heat for 2 min. Add the broccoli and anchovies and fry for 1 min.

Drain the pasta and spread the broccoli mixture over it. Sprinkle with the cheese.
