Mezzi rigatoni with broccoli


Italian pasta with broccoli, red pepper, garlic, anchovies and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 3 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander.
  3. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely.
  4. Slice the garlic and grate the cheese.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the red pepper and garlic over low heat for 2 min. Add the broccoli and anchovies and fry for 1 min.
  6. Drain the pasta and spread the broccoli mixture over it. Sprinkle with the cheese.
