Fish pot with beans, corn and cod


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, butter (unsalted, pack a 250 g), potatoes (boiled (a 450 g), peeled), cod fillet (frozen, 400 g), meat broth tablet, whipped cream (125 ml), corn kernels (300 g) and haricots verts (800 g).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Melt butter in large pan and fry onion.
  3. Cut potatoes into cubes.
  4. Add potatoes to onion and simmer with lid on pan for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Cut and add defatted cod into cubes.
  6. Regularly shovel.
  7. Crumble the fish stock cube and add whipped cream.
  8. 5 minutes of gentle cooking.
  9. Feed corn and haricots through a fish pot.
  10. Heat for 2 minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Divide and serve over 4 deep plates..
