Pied rice salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, bacon (in slices), garden peas (450 g, frozen), olive oil, lemon juice, fresh parsley (finely chopped) and radish (in pieces).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the breakfast bacon brown and crispy in a non-stick pan and let drain on kitchen paper.

Rinse the garden peas in a colander under hot water until they see fresh green.

Mix the oil with the lemon juice and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Scoop the dressing through the still hot rice.

Also put the garden peas, parsley and radish through them.

Place the slices of bacon on the rice salad..
