Gnocchi with broccoli and hazelnuts
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts, broccoli, gnocchi di patate (a 500 g) and fresh cream cheese (with herbs (pack a 125 g)).

Hazelnuts chop coarsely and roast lightly browned in a dry frying pan over medium heat.

Cool on plate.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut into thin slices.

Boil for 2 minutes in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste.

Add Gnocchi to broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.

Casting in colander.

Put the pan back on fire and bring the cream cheese to the boil with 50 ml of water while stirring.

Gnocchi with broccoli, 3/4 of hazelnuts and add to taste generous pepper.

Gnocchi in 4 deep plates.

Sprinkle the remaining hazelnuts..
