Place the chicken fillet between two layers of plastic foil, beat flat with a rolling pin until they are as thin as cutlets.

Crumble the rusks. On a large plate, mix the cheese with crumbs, pepper and salt. Beat the eggs in a deep plate. Roll the chicken first through the egg and then through the cheese mixture.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the cutlets on medium heat 4-5 min. Per side and brown. Delicious with spaghetti with tomato sauce and a green salad.
