Meatballs in cranberry sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (kilo 'something crumbly), onions (in parts), oil, Swedish (meatballs (355 g)), cranberry compote (350 g), apples (chopped with skin), chicory ( in strips) and chives (salad dressing (bottle 270 ml)).

Cut the potatoes into wedges and cook them for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the onion in a frying pan in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Add the meatballs and fry them around brown and done according to the instructions on the package. Add the cranberry compote and warm the sauce while stirring. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into pieces.

Drain the potatoes and brown them in a frying pan in the rest of the oil brown and done in 10 min. Scoop occasionally. Mix the chicory and the apple with the chive dressing.

Serve the meatballs in cranberry sauce with the chicory salad and the baked potatoes.
