Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Brush the chicken fillets and marinate, covered in the refrigerator, for at least 3 hours (or a day in advance).

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 20 minutes before preparation.

Wrap the bacon around the chicken. Heat a grill pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and grill the chicken for 12-15 minutes. Turn around regularly.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the leek, arugula and nuts with salt and pepper for 5 minutes.

Serve the stir fry with the chicken.
