Curry sauce with mango
Delicious curry sauce with mango and coconut milk.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the curry powder and the flour for 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk, sambal, the bouillon tablet and the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, peel the mango and cut the pulp from the pit. Cut the mango into small cubes (brunoise) and add to the sauce. Season with pepper and salt. Delicious with chicken fillet or shrimp with rice.
