Cauliflower tabouleh with surimi
- 1 baking flour
- 0.5 bunch fresh mint
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- 3 spring / forest onion
- 1 Red pepper
- 250 gram surimi
Grate the cauliflower florets coarsely.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
Spoon the mint, coriander, spring onions, peppers and surimi through the cauliflower.
Mix the dressing through it.
