Mexican vegetable in tacos
Tacos with Mexican vegetables, stir-fried beef and crème fraîche.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the minced meat in 4 minutes.
Add the frozen vegetables and stir-fry for 6 minutes. Add the sauce and warm well. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the minced meat-vegetable mixture over the taco shells and place it in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.
Serve the tacos with the crème fraîche.
