Directions

  1. Keep the green of the celery stalks apart. Heat the oil in a large soup pot and fry the onions on a low setting in about 5 minutes light brown.
  2. Add the curry powder, garlic and potato cubes and stir fry for a few more minutes.
  3. Pour in the stock and cook for 5 minutes. Add the celery and lentils and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. If necessary, season the soup with pepper. Chop the celery green coarsely and sprinkle the soup with it.
