Ingredients
Directions
-
Heat the butter and fry the shallots in soft and light brown for about 4 minutes. Let them cool.
-
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Sprinkle the cake mold lightly with flour and shake out any excess flour. Line the shape with the puff pastry, press the seams well and cut the edges if necessary.
-
Beat the eggs with the cream and some pepper well and stir in the feta. Pour this mixture onto the cake base and divide the shallots and chorizo over it.
-
Fry the cake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
-
Meanwhile, blanch the vegetables for about 2 minutes per type in boiling water and scoop out of the pan with a slotted spoon. The vegetables must still be crisp and fresh green. Shake with the butter.
-
Take the cake out of the oven and scoop the beans on it. Sprinkle with the chervil and serve immediately.
