Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Let the puff pastry thaw.
-
Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
-
Fry the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the mince and cook over a high heat.
-
Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin. Ris the leaves of the thyme. Spoon the thyme and lemon through the minced meat.
-
Place the puff pastry slices on a greased baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the center of the oven in approx. 10 minutes until lightly browned.
-
Remove the baking tray from the oven. Use a pointed knife in the middle of the puff pastry to cut a circle from the top, so that a bowl is created.
-
Put the minced meat mixture into the cavity created to fill the cushions.
-
Beat the egg and brush the dough trays and cut out the circles.
-
Put the baking sheet back into the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the dough is golden brown and crispy.
