Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Let the puff pastry thaw.
  2. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the mince and cook over a high heat.
  4. Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin. Ris the leaves of the thyme. Spoon the thyme and lemon through the minced meat.
  5. Place the puff pastry slices on a greased baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the center of the oven in approx. 10 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Remove the baking tray from the oven. Use a pointed knife in the middle of the puff pastry to cut a circle from the top, so that a bowl is created.
  7. Put the minced meat mixture into the cavity created to fill the cushions.
  8. Beat the egg and brush the dough trays and cut out the circles.
  9. Put the baking sheet back into the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the dough is golden brown and crispy.
