Heat the oil and fry the onion rings for about 5 minutes at low setting.

Fruit mushrooms and curry paste for 1 minute.

Fill the broth in the pot with water to 1 liter. Add the stock, the bouillon tablet and the coconut milk and bring to the boil.

Taste salt and spicy and add lime juice to taste until the soup is fresh enough but not too sour.
