Mix the flour with 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and the baking powder. Beat the sunflower oil, milk and eggs into a batter and divide this batter into 3 cups.

Add to the bowls the remaining ingredients per color: 1 bowl with beet, 1 with spinach and 1 with corn.

Heat a dash of oil in a large frying pan and fry first 4 pink pancakes of the beetroot batter. Then fry 4 green and 4 yellow pancakes in the same way. Sprinkle the yellow pancakes with cheese.

Place a pink pancake on a plate and top with a layer of cream cheese, a slice of salmon and slices of beet.

Cover with a green pancake and top with a layer of cream cheese and basil leaves.

Cover with a yellow pancake with the cheese on top. Slightly cut in half as a club sandwich.
