Easy caesar salad
Salad of eggs, homemade croutons, romain lettuce, caesard dressing, Grano Padano and anchovy fillets.

Cook the eggs almost hard in 7 minutes. Scare and peel them.

Meanwhile cut a 15 cm piece off the baguette and cut it into long strips.

Sprinkle them with the oil and grill the strips in the grill pan for 5-6 minutes until crispy. Times regularly.

In the meantime, remove the leaves of romaine lettuce, cut into long strips and wash and dry them.

Divide the lettuce over a flat dish. Drizzle with the dressing, scrape the cheese over it and spread the anchovy fillets over the salad.

Cut the eggs into quarters and place on the salad with the baguette croutons. Serve the rest of the baguette.
