Halve the half cabbage in half lengthwise and cut the hard stalk diagonally. Cut the pieces of coal into wafer-thin strips. Stir in a bowl of curry sauce with yogurt and stir in the cabbage and raisins. Leave it for at least 15 minutes.

Cut open the buns and top the bottom with chicken fillet. Spoon up large coleslaw salad here. Place the tops of the rolls on top.
