Directions
-
Put the stew in a bowl.
-
Add the flour and knead it into a smooth mixture where you can form well-formed, oval-shaped croquettes.
-
The croquettes are about 7 centimeters long and 3 centimeters thick. They must still be a little damp.
-
Roll the croquettes through the breadcrumbs and place them on a plate on a layer of flour.
-
The flour ensures that the croquettes do not stick.
-
Put them in the freezer right now and only take them out when they are frozen.
-
The croquettes must be frozen to be fried.
-
Turn on the fryer or put a pan of vegetable oil on the fire.
-
Make sure the oil is 180 degrees Celsius.
-
Remove the croquettes from the freezer and let them slide into the oil.
-
Fry in 8 minutes until crispy and brown.
-
Let the croquettes drain on a sheet of kitchen paper.
