Knead the dough again and divide it into 10 pieces. Preheat the oven to 225ºC.

Roll out the dough into rolls and turn it around the sausages. Place the hot dogs on the baking tray.

Brush them with the egg yolk, sprinkle with sea salt and bake in the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown.
