Sandwich with Dutch shrimps
Try this delicious sandwich with Dutch shrimps
Boil the eggs in about 5 minutes and leave to cool in cold water. Peel them and cut into thin slices.
Mix the mayonnaise with ketchup and chives and spread over the sandwiches.
Divide the slices of egg and shrimp over two sandwiches and cover with the other two sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches diagonally twice so that 8 small triangles are created. Insert a sting in each triangle and serve immediately.
