Omelette with onion
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: beef tomatoes, onions, parsley, eggs, milk, salt and freshly ground pepper and olive oil.

Wash tomatoes, halve and remove seeds.

Cut tomatoes carefully and let them drain in a sieve.

Peel and chop onions.

Parsley finely cut.

Eat eggs with milk, salt and a lot of pepper.

Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in large frying pan.

Onion, gently bake for about 5 minutes.

Tomato roast on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add rest of oil.

Pour egg mixture into pan and stir with vegetables.

Stop stirring as egg goes to solidify.

Cook the omelette with a lid on a low heat stove and cook it smoothly.

Sprinkle with parsley.

Tasty with toasted bread and fresh salad..
