Omelette with onion


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: beef tomatoes, onions, parsley, eggs, milk, salt and freshly ground pepper and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Wash tomatoes, halve and remove seeds.
  2. Cut tomatoes carefully and let them drain in a sieve.
  3. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Parsley finely cut.
  5. Eat eggs with milk, salt and a lot of pepper.
  6. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in large frying pan.
  7. Onion, gently bake for about 5 minutes.
  8. Tomato roast on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  10. Add rest of oil.
  11. Pour egg mixture into pan and stir with vegetables.
  12. Stop stirring as egg goes to solidify.
  13. Cook the omelette with a lid on a low heat stove and cook it smoothly.
  14. Sprinkle with parsley.
  15. Tasty with toasted bread and fresh salad..
