Roast beef bagel club sandwich
A tasty american recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, bagels (bake-off), frisées, Amsterdam onions (pot à 370 g), red pepper, fresh cream cheese with ginger (cheese service department, butter or margarine, roast beef à la minute (approx. 275 g), steak seasoning (herbs) and arugula (à 30 g).

Dry bagels according to instructions. Cut into 3 slices in a short space and roast lightly brown in a toaster. Wash, remove and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut the onions into slices and pat dry with kitchen paper. Pepper, clean and cut into strips.

Smear the bagels with cream cheese. Heat in butter. Roast beef sprinkle on both sides with steak seasoning and brown in approx. 3 minutes, halfway turning. Place the onion slices on the smeared bottom of bagels. Steaks and spread over it. Place the middle piece of bagels on it. Divide strips of paprika and rocket. Cover with top of bagel.
