Heat the olive oil and stir-fry 3 minutes the mushrooms, shallots and the pressed garlic clove. Add freshly ground pepper and balsamic vinegar.

Tear the oak leaf lettuce slightly smaller and divide them over 4 plates.

Place the slices of goat's cheese on the lettuce and scoop up the hot mushrooms. Sprinkle with thyme.
