Heat the tortilla wraps between 2 plates for about 2 minutes at 400 Watt in the microwave so that they become more supple.

Brush with the cream cheese and sprinkle with (cayenne) pepper.

Divide the pieces of kiwi over it.

Beat a dressing of the oil and orange juice and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the small pieces with the spring onion and dressing.
-
Put the lettuce mixture on the kiwi and roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.

Stick with a skewer and cut them diagonally before serving.
