Open sandwich with mozzarella and red pepper
A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: extra virgin olive oil (with garlic and chili pepper), red peppers (in long strips), lemon juice, black pepper (freshly ground), mozzarella (cheese, a 150 g), bread (Pain de Madeleine) and rucola salad .

Heat oil in frying pan and pepper gently for 5 minutes, shake regularly.
