Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices and scoop with the oriental spices, oil and salt.

Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit. Mix 2 tbsp lime juice with the soy sauce by the red cabbage.

Mix the lime zest through the mayonnaise and cut open the pistolets.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the meat for 4 min. On a high heat.

Spread the bottom halves of the buns with the mayonnaise and top with the lettuce, red cabbage salad, carrot julienne and the slices of pork tenderloin.
