White pistol filled with slices of spiced pork tenderloin, red cabbage salad, romain lettuce, carrot julienne and lime mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices and scoop with the oriental spices, oil and salt.
  2. Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit. Mix 2 tbsp lime juice with the soy sauce by the red cabbage.
  3. Mix the lime zest through the mayonnaise and cut open the pistolets.
  4. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the meat for 4 min. On a high heat.
  5. Spread the bottom halves of the buns with the mayonnaise and top with the lettuce, red cabbage salad, carrot julienne and the slices of pork tenderloin.
