Directions

  1. Cut the chives finely, cut the lettuce into thin strips and the radish into slices.
  2. Mix the grated cheese and chives through the egg salad and on each tortilla spoon a generous stripe of egg salad.
  3. Divide the shrimps, lettuce, cress and slices of radish and roll the tortillas tightly.
  4. Cut the tortillas diagonally in half and serve them on a flat dish.
