Cut the chives finely, cut the lettuce into thin strips and the radish into slices.

Mix the grated cheese and chives through the egg salad and on each tortilla spoon a generous stripe of egg salad.

Divide the shrimps, lettuce, cress and slices of radish and roll the tortillas tightly.

Cut the tortillas diagonally in half and serve them on a flat dish.
