Directions

  1. Mix onions with olive oil, honey, thyme and wine vinegar and fry about 20 minutes on very low heat (may be day before).
  2. Allow onion compote to cool to room temperature.
  3. Slice of bread with leaf lettuce, slice Ardenner pâté and tablespoon onion compote..
