Salad of marinated Brussels sprouts with mackerel and green herbs

Directions

Cut the core out of the sprouts so that the leaves fall apart a bit. Mix the sprouts and onion in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Scoop the dressing through the sprouts. Cover and leave for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 160ºC.

Cover the mackerel fillet with aluminum foil and heat in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Scoop the herbs through the salad just before serving and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the mackerel into 4 pieces and serve with the salad.

Garnish with some herbs and a lemon wedge.
