Preheat the oven grill.

Fry the thick slices of bread over and over in a frying pan with the olive oil and place them on a baking tray with baking paper.

Cover with slices of strawberry and crumble the soft goat's cheese over it.

Sprinkle with the fresh thyme leaves and drizzle with the honey.

Grate the bruschetta just under the grill for 1 minute and serve immediately.
