Wholegrain tuna sandwich
Responsible lunch: wholemeal bread with a tuna salad with tomato puree, red onion and apple with butterhead lettuce.

Put the tuna and half of the oil from the can into a bowl and mix in the tomato puree.

Cut the little red onion as finely as possible and add to the tuna.

Cut the apple into 2 parts and remove the core. Cut the apple slices into small cubes and add to the tuna. Mix together.

Cover the slices of wholemeal bread with the butterhead lettuce.

Divide the tuna salad over it and cover with the rest of the lettuce and then the rest of the slices of bread.

Halve the sandwiches and serve or pack them for lunch.
